Traveling in Argentina and Chile, especially Patagonia (2019)

We had a wonderful trip to Argentina and Chile. Some time in Buenos Aires with Beatrice and Carlos, and a longer trip through Patagonia in both Argentina and Chile - where half the things seemed to be name after Magellan: like the Straits of Magellan, but for birders also the Magellanic penguin and the Magellanic woodpecker that we saw, as well as the oystercatcher, plover, tapaculo (never heard of them before), cormorant, diving-petrel, snipe. Darwin only is remembered by Darwin's nothura. A total of 21 species is included.
