The Canon R7 camera is incredibly complicated. There are (at least) 4 ways to switch between auto- and manual focus, and each only works in certain circumstances with different consequences. On the other hand, you can do an amazing number of things with the camera. I've been watching YouTube videos about photographing birds (which is way different than taking pictures of people). There are a lot of out-of-focus pictures today, but some nice ones as well.
